Competition
for a 39 high level apartment building. Our scheme pursues the unification
of three large dwelling modules composed with 2,000 sq/ft. apartments
into a single, large block, including common areas such as gardens,
swimming pool, gym, etc., allowing it to be built in phases.
The whole parking
area, as well as storage an mechanical rooms, are located in a single,
large, underground area.
On the other hand, the scheme tries to give priority to the Sierra
Madre views, giving it's back to the noisy Vasconcelos avenue, for
which a couple of commercial buildings were proposed. One would
be a small, speculative office building, while the other one would
be a small car dealer facility.
