| Located in El Obispado, a traditional medical service zone, the project consist in a specialties medical services center The 30 particular doctor's offices will have a 100% private access for the specialist doctors, counting on their own elevator like with their own levels of parking. At the same time it will get an independent vertical access for the patients. The ground floor and mezzanine are destined to the complementary commercial stores, such as pharmacies, optical shops, etc. The main facade, oriented to the west, is totally closed, in order to maintain the better control of the solar orientation, whereas the South facade has a series of curve-slide panels of diverse tones of oranges and yellows, which, by means of it looks for to get a more playful and less solemn image for the building. These curve-slide panels have a double function, being used to regulate the solar incidence at certain times of the year as well. |
