Residential project in the suburbs of the city of Saltillo, Coahuila.

The program required a very inviting social area, that would encourage the family to use it in a daily basis. It also considers the library/studio area as one of the most important areas of the project, since both owners of this house work at least part time at home, in addition to be very enthusiastic readers.

The projects tries to integrate the pool both with the social area as well as with the family room. For that reason, an "L" scheme was chosen as the most fitting option.
