Addition to the "Palo Blanco" project, in which the program´s focus is to provide the necessary areas that the original house is lacking of, such as a swimming pool and some rooms for exercise and entertaining.

The new project has as it's main element the large swimming pool, complemented with a smaller, interior pool, intended to serve as a year round swimming alternative. This smaller pool is equiped with a counter-current swimming device.

The rest of the program consists of two sitting areas in the ground floor, which can be closed and climatized with a set of glass sliding doors, whereas in the upper floor there is a children's TV room and a large gym for the owners.
