Varshiva is born by the necessity of redesigning and expanding an old night club. Through the examination of the possible expansion area, two enormous trees are discovered, although partially mutilated. However, these trees would still become the heart of the project and the possibility of visual contact with the exterior, integrating them, as well as the stars in the sky to the atmosphere of the place, ignoring in this way the paradigmatic idea of the nightclub as a dark box.

The project is generated in a sequence of spaces that intend to achieve great visual openness from any given place in the club, through a composition of spaces of increasing heights and descending levels, reaching close to 12 meters high from the dancing area to the highest point of the ceiling.

Free forms, based on the use of ellipses, circles and subtle rotations of the elements, contribute to give to the place an effect of great dynamism, while the repeated use of white and natural colors in the different materials generates an atmosphere of great freshness and visual neatness.

As a complementary element to the DJ operated music and video, a contemporary photography project was created, with a selection of 600 slides that would be projected in throughout the walls, using a system of four sequenced slide projectors.
