The project's program demanded to levels of intervention. The first one, a completely new facility that would contain the manufacturing area for a cleaning product's line, as well as the general headquarters of the company "Homecare de Mexico".
The second, the adaptation of an unfinished structure, to be used by another company of the same group, whose task is the production of all the containers that such product's line requires.
The intention of the project is to exploit as much as possible the views of the nearby Silla river, which presents an unusual opportunity for an industrial building in the city. With this purpose in mind, all the main areas of the project are oriented in such direction, taking advantage of the excellent light from the north.
The concept of fragmentation in the building responds to a double intention: that one of creating a space with a controlled scale inside the main parking area, as well as opposing with more dynamic, lighter forms to the great mass that the production plant represented.
