Vegetation as a design theme was undertaken due to the challenge that implied to intagrate three large existing trees to the project. We started from the structure of an old house, to then grow the built area in almost a 100 percent.

Into the struggle to save one of these trees, finally it was decided to integrate it to the interior space, then complement it with four additional oaks of a smaller size. The two large remaining trees suggested us to create by means of a wall, a surrounding garden that would include them and prevents any relation with the noise of the street.

Additional to the enclosure effect that the garden and interior trees produce, the use of soft, warm materials such as wood, copper or the regional material called "sillar", contribute to create a space of great coziness, within an atmosphere filled up with natural light.
