The generosity of the site, as well as the importance of isolating the house from the unattractive surroundings, in order to control the views and focus in the mountains nearby, lead us to propose a single leves scheme, which through pure and straight forward lines, allows us to synthesize a relatively complex program into four main interconnected elements.

The floor plan, made out of pure geometric volumes, generates a series of internal patios inside the house, allowing the circulations to turn into actual promenades, always in visual relation either with the artificial landscape created for such patios, as well as with the vast, natural gardens surrounding the house.

The floated roofs in certain areas of the house, such as the social area, the pool pavilion or the parking, work as elements that intend to counterpoint with the great horizontality of the whole scheme.
