Multifamily housing project realized for a new growth area located west of the Monterrey Metropolitan Area, known as Valle Poniente, in the municipality of Santa Catarina, N.L.

Within such projected development it's being built the first residential cluster, known commercially as "Cordillera", which aims mainly at the single family housing market, selling plots of different sizes for the clients to build their own customized designs. There have been as well some areas set apart in order to build commercial facilities an multifamily housing, with the intention of detonating the whole area in these initial stages.

Our project includes four apartment buildings, with 16 units each. Different solutions have been explored in each of them, in order to create a larger number of options to be offered, with one, two and three bedroom units.

Thanks to this variety, our project is enriched with some extraordinary heights in many of the social areas, enhancing substantially their spatial quality.
