Urban design project over a land of 10 acres in the south side of Chetumal city, closely to the boundary limit of Belize.

Absolutely without a defined architectural urban needs program, we considered a mixsed uses project, reaching like departure point a marine club. In rder to promote the aquatic sports, tourists guided toward Deep river, as several points of Belize as well, giving life and activity to this place.

Among the considered projects in our master plan are the same marine club, as well as an opened shopping center or mall, both of them within an architectonic style that tries to rescue the constructive process for wood, because its a characteristic of the place.

Therefore, are included in our project, two hotels, a bussiness one and other one ariented to tourism, some villages are contemplated for sale, as well as a big anchor store, with their respective premises.
