Housing project over a land of 965 square feet, with fronts of 20 feet and bottoms of 48 feet

The project explores diverse possibilities, with houses of a level of 579 square feet, as well as houses of two levels of 804 square feet, generating complete blocks with houses of two levels, or joining like them duplex houses, getting both options and generating a volume of greater visual weight, but avoiding those indivituality of the "mirror" effect.

On the other hand, options of materials that gave warm details to the facades, such as ceramica, brick, or quarry were explored. These materials coud be alternated themselves or to repeat itself in complete blocks to obtain greater homogeneity.
