Our project is in a privileged topographic situation, due to its visual relation of greater height with respect to the bordering neighbors. This allows it to enjoy excellent views towards the National Park of Chipinque in the south, as well as towards the all east, whose view is dominated in the horizon by the Cerro de la Silla, an emblematic and symbolical hill in the boundaries of Monterrey city.
The access to the site is located by the North side of the same one, ascending by a long slope that allows us to arrive at the highest point, where the main level is uprooted.
With pure geometric volumes, but rather complex structural solutions, due to their great clear and projecting ones, our project looks for to rescue an image of lightness within a language of heavy and massive volumes.
Although the color follows without having an important presence in our work, this project takes an important step in the exploration of materials, like the black granite and the white apparent concrete, in addition to the character that the great amount of steel elements contributes to the building which they are at sight.
