Competition
project for a high-end residential cluster.
The project's
aim is first, to generate a possible subdivision of the site to
make eleven single family houses. Secondly, the house prototype
is solved in two levels, with about 4,400 sq/ft of built area, some
of which, such as the library and the living room have a double
height, allowing the a fluidity of space between both levels.
The incorporation
of three large skylights (always oriented towards the north), guarantees
the abundance of natural light, giving the space an almost museum-like
quality.
Although the
treatment of the back façades has a "minimal"' simplicity,
in the front façades we tried to use a diversity of elements
that would give a richness of espression, otherwise could
be read as a relatively compact scheme.
